This foundational tumbling class is perfect for athletes new to tumbling or looking to master the basics. Focus is placed on developing proper technique, body control, and strength.
No prior tumbling experience required. Ideal for beginners ages 5+.

This class is designed for athletes who have mastered Level 1 tumbling and are ready to begin power tumbling and introduce back handsprings with proper technique.

This class focuses on building explosive power, flexibility, and technique to improve cheerleading jumps. Athletes will learn proper jump form, timing, and execution, while also working on strength and flexibility drills to increase jump height and body control.
