Practices: 1 day a week 1.5 hr practice

tumbling, and routine execution, but with slightly less intensity than full Allstar (Elite) teams. It offers a great balance between skill development and competitive experience, often with shorter routines and fewer practice hours. This level is ideal for athletes looking to progress in the sport while still maintaining a manageable time and financial commitment.
