This level is perfect for athletes who are new to cheer. It offers a fun, safe, and supportive environment where kids learn basic skills like stunting, tumbling, jumps, and dance while building confidence and teamwork. The focus is on learning and enjoying the sport, making it a great place to start their cheer journey.
Practices: 1 day a week 1.5 hr practices
This level is a step up from Novice and is great for athletes who have some cheer experience and are ready to grow. Prep teams learn more advanced stunting, tumbling, and routines in a supportive setting, while still maintaining a manageable schedule. It’s a wonderful balance of skill development and competition without the intensity of and Elite team.
Practices: 2 days a week 1.5hr practices
This is the highest level for athletes with advanced skills who are ready for a strong commitment. Teams train hard to learn challenging stunts, tumbling, and choreography while competing at regional and national events. This level emphasizes teamwork, dedication, and personal growth, offering a rewarding and exciting cheer experience.
